1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any service offered at 77f7 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77f7. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 77f7 Platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 77f7, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot machines, fish shooting games, and any bonus or promotional offer made available through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 77f7 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under different mobile numbers or email addresses belonging to the same individual, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 77f7 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any pending or historical bonus claims.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. 77f7 may at any time request additional verification documents including government-issued identification (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77f7 login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be attributed to you. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77f7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within one business day. 77f7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. 77f7 will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not belonging to the registered account holder.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 77f7 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77f7 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the User if they arise from the User's banking arrangements.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77f7 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77f7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where permitted under specific game rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting or casino session, 77f7's system logs shall be the final authority for determining the outcome of affected rounds or bets.
• 77f7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds caused by a manifest error in the system or by human error. Manifest error claims must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event.
• Winnings will be credited to your 77f7 account balance following settlement of the relevant event or game round.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 77f7 Platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game lists. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 77f7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other players, or placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one promotional bonus may be claimed per qualifying event unless the specific promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Such incidents must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.

• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property
